NEW FERRARI CALIFORNIA T 2014 – Announced the new model

For all petrolheads the most awaited day of February is not VALENTINE’S DAY, but today. Bacuase today Febraury 12th 2014 Ferrari will present the NEW road legal model which will add to the Ferrari Family with 458 Italia, F12 Berlinetta, FF, LaFerrari.

The car is now revealed and its name is Ferrari California T, a complete restyling of the Ferrari California with a great innovation: the Turbo.

Ferrari promises the same versatility that distinguishes the California, but with more power, more lightness (only 1600 Kg) and lower fuel consumption by 15% (10 Km/l, amazing for a supercar).
This updated Ferrari California is featured by an inedited V8 3.8 litre twin turbo engine, evolution of Maserati Quattroporte’s one, which can develops 560 hp (+80 hp of a normal California) and an incredible torque of 755 Nm (+50% of a normal California).
This engineering jewel allows the Ferrari California T to reach the 100 km/h in only 3,6 seconds, the same time of a Ferrari Enzo, for a top speed of 316 Km/h (+4 Km/h faster than the old model).
It also inherits other technical details by F12 Berlinetta and FF, like the BREMBO Carbon Ceramic Braking System, the dual-clutch F1 gearbox and exhaust system.

The design presents interesting innovation in the headlights and at the mudguards that are inspired by Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, but remains the same beloved 2+2 configuration with a retractable hard top which transforms the California T from a coupé into a spider in a mere 14 seconds, made the Ferrari California the world’s best selling Ferrari of this generation.
