BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT SPEED BREITLING JET TEAM SERIES | 1 of 7 – TOP MARQUES MONACO 2017 HQ

Here a stunning experience from the craziest supercars auto show of the world: the TOP MARQUES of MONACO. For those never heard about it, I’m talking of the Internation Festival of Luxury of Monte-Carlo, this year at it’s fourteenth edition, probably the best ever.
As every year, the event was held in the precious exhibition hall of GRIMALDI FORUM (LE ESPACE RAVEL) under the patronage of His Highness PRINCE ALBERT II, and showed more than 40 of most expensive and exclusive hypercars from each part of the world produced by manufactures like FERRARI, MASERATI, LAMBORGHINI, MCLAREN or ASTON MARTIN and the best tuned cars from HAMANN, MANSORY, PRIOR-DESIGN, OVERFINCH or BRABUS. Also exposed many previews as the Dendrobium Vanda, the FV-Frangivento Charlotte or the 1000hp Calafiore Astrea.

This is only one of tens of videos recorded in the 2017 Editon, so be sure to watch them all from the specific playlist.

In this video a stunning black and yellow Bentley Continental GT Breitling Jet Team Edition by Clive Sutton (only 7 made) takes part at the event giving me the possibility to film it in each detail like rims, engine, interior, the logo and to record its noisy start-up and its lovely sound while driving.

The Bentley Continental GT is a grand tourer supercar produced by the british manufacturer since 2003 to replace the Continental T and now at its third generation.

Presented for the first time at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, the second generation mounted a 6.0 litres W12 twin-turbo engine that developed 575 hp and 700 Nm of torque, mounting a 8-speed tiptronic automatic trasmission and 20-inch wheels. The GT W12 could reach a top speed of over 320 Km/h and to go from 0-100 Km/h in only 4.6 seconds. Bentley presented even a convertible version, the Bentley Continental GTC W12, unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt Motorshow.

At the 2013 North American International Auto Show was unveiled for the first time a “smaller” version that was equipped with a 4.0 L V8 twin-turbo engine that developed 500 hp and 660 Nm of torque and available even in the cabriolet configuration. In 2014 was presented the sport edition of the V8, the Continental GT V8 S, with increased engine power to 521 hp and performance close to the W12 (max speed of 303 Km/h and 4.6 secs from 0 to 100 Km/h).

At the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed Bentley presented the Continental GT Speed (coupe and cabriolet) with 616 hp of power and over 330 Km/h of top speed.

The most extreme version was launched in 2014, named Bentley Continental GT3-R and produced in only 300 units. This road legal version of the Continental GT3 has got 580 hp, 21-inch alloy rims and an aerodynamic kit that allows the GT3-R to reach the 100 Km/h in 3.3 seconds only.

Many limited editions Based on the Continental GT were made through the years, such as the Continental GT Le Mans Edition (48 units made per model) commemorating Bentley’s six victories at the 24h of Le Mans, the Continental GT V8 S Concours Series and the exclusive Bentley Continental GTZ made by Zagato.

The car received a restyling in 2015 when, at the Geneva Motor Show, were unveiled the third generations of the Continental GT V8 and of the Continental GT W12 Speed.

Complete walkaround and a review with each detail like interior, wheels, engine, logo and lights, driving, LOUD starting-up and really noisy exhaust rev sound.
